I have to confess I have (unintentionally) disappointed my mum calling this one ingredient icecream (It’s called iceCREAM for a reason dear😂). I first discovered it from a book by @deliciouslyella
Basically you blitz frozen banana and keep going! You do need a good processor with the blade setting but I have achieved it with my handblender’s attachment. When it turns creamy (after a fair amount of blitzing – don’t lose faith!) it’s just amazing!
Customised the above with a bit of date syrup, cacao and vanilla extract 😋😋😋
